Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Hair extensions such as wigs, half-wigs, or ponytails cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your store credit within a specified timeframe.
Delays or failure to reimburse (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before the refund appears.
